The double page spread gives me the impression that she is starting her career over in the USA because she is sitting on the American flag and it also says "USA got the love" showing that she is trying to break the USA. Also by the picture there is an article that will have a detail interview with florence welch. At the begining of the piece there is a big D it's bold to make the article stand out just like a story.
